Fast shipping, slightly longer delivery time but still acceptable. The product is very good, the 3 heating and massage modes are an added bonus. The massage mode is surprising at first and 15 minutes are enough to relax the shoulder. The strap allows for use with different sizes. Really top-notch. Thank you very much.
These shoulder pad with heat with vibration features are great, they are the best items i have ever purchased through this service.

It works well, vibrates well, and generates heat, but it doesn't reduce my pain.
